Confirmed consoles and older hardware

PlayStation 5
Confirmed by Rockstar. See the PS5 features and controller reference.
PS5 Pro
PlayStation lists PS5 Pro Enhanced support. That label does not establish FPS, resolution or graphics modes.
Xbox Series X|S
Both consoles are named in the official launch platform list. See the Series S answer for version choices and unannounced performance targets.
PlayStation 4
PlayStation explicitly says GTA VI will not be available for PS4 and is playable on PS5 consoles. This describes the announced release.
Xbox One
Rockstar has not announced an Xbox One version in the reviewed launch and support material. The Xbox listing covers Series X|S.

PC, Steam and PS5 Pro evidence

The Status Desk keeps living answers and source checks for these topics:

PC version

Rockstar's current GTA VI launch, support and store pages list PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. A GTA VI PC version or PC release date has not been announced in those reviewed official sources.

Evidence and remaining unknowns →

Steam

Rockstar has not announced a Steam version of GTA VI. The current official launch and pre-order material covers the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions, so any future PC storefront remains unconfirmed.

Evidence and remaining unknowns →

PS5 Pro

Yes. PlayStation's official GTA VI page and store listing mark the game as PS5 Pro Enhanced. The exact PS5 Pro improvements — such as frame rate, resolution or graphics modes — have not been detailed in the reviewed official material.

Evidence and remaining unknowns →

An unannounced version has no confirmed release date or system requirements. Absence from today's launch list does not establish that a future release is impossible.

PC storefronts are a separate unknown: Steam, Epic Games Store and Rockstar Games Launcher availability have not been announced. A purchase on the Rockstar Store is not confirmation of a PC build. Follow the PC and Steam status checks for evidence and verified changes.

Buying and preparing to play

Use the Launch Center for launch planning, Editions for game content, and the physical-copy guide for code-in-box purchases.

For specific PS5 questions, check offline play and Remote Play support.

For FPS and resolution across consoles, use the performance Status Desk. The PS5 guide explains why PS5 Pro Enhanced does not confirm a 60 FPS mode.
