Both UK storefronts list the Vintage Vice City Pack and one month of GTA+ for eligible Standard and Ultimate purchases. These are offer extras, separate from the Ultimate upgrade content.
The reviewed Xbox listings do not state a seven-day preload offer.

The dates above are UK digital bonus-eligibility cutoffs, not a universal deadline for placing every GTA VI preorder. They also differ from the later GTA+ redemption deadlines. Rockstar's support wording includes digital purchases before 20 November; the UK stores supply the more specific cutoff shown above without a timezone.
No single physical preorder cutoff is established by these sources. Ask your retailer about order and delivery deadlines; its stock and shipping terms do not define worldwide digital bonus eligibility.
Rockstar lists the pack with eligible purchases and one combined game-and-pack code for physical preorders. Use the game-code redemption guide for that box. The reviewed sources do not give a separate in-game claim menu or a precise availability time for every pack item.

Yes. Rockstar says Standard Edition owners can purchase the Ultimate Edition Upgrade separately through the PlayStation or Microsoft storefronts after the game code has been redeemed. Xbox UK currently lists the separate add-on at £20.00. It requires GTA VI, sold separately. The reviewed PlayStation listing shows the add-on as unavailable without a price; no PlayStation upgrade price is confirmed here.
For a boxed Standard purchase, redeem the game code first, then purchase the separate digital upgrade through the matching console storefront. Digital Standard owners can also buy the add-on. The upgrade requires the base game; buying it alone does not supply GTA VI.
Rockstar has not announced an early-access entitlement for either edition. The early-access answer explains the offer scope; Release Time tracks regional displays and the worldwide unlock schedule still unknown.
